Welcome to DexMarket! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DexMarket platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Role & User Responsibility DexMarket provides a specialized platform with tools, data, and information to assist you in the rapid discovery of crypto assets and to support your trading analysis and decisions.

• Non-Custodial: DexMarket is a non-custodial platform. We never have access to, control over, or custody of your private keys, digital assets, or funds.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security and management of your own crypto wallets. All actions related to your assets, including any trades or transactions you decide to make (whether on third-party platforms or otherwise, based on information from DexMarket), are initiated and confirmed by you.

• Information, Not Execution Venue: While DexMarket provides information and tools that facilitate trading decisions, it is not an exchange or a trading venue itself unless explicitly stated for specific integrated features. Transactions you undertake typically occur on third-party blockchain networks or platforms, for which you are solely responsible.

2. Legal Compliance & Acceptable Use You agree to use the DexMarket Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

• You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract (typically 18 years or older) and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any related trading activities are lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to activities that would violate any financial regulations, sanctions, or involve illicit funds.

3. No Guarantees or Refunds

• No Performance Guarantee: DexMarket provides information and tools but does not guarantee the outcome of any trades you may undertake or the performance or suitability of any crypto asset. Information regarding tokens or assets displayed on the Platform is for informational purposes only.

• Irreversible Transactions: Crypto asset transactions, once confirmed on their respective blockchains, are generally irreversible. DexMarket does not have the ability to cancel, modify, or reverse any transactions you initiate.

• No Refunds: DexMarket cannot provide refunds for any transactions or for any losses incurred from your trading activities.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice DexMarket is a technology platform. All content, tools, data, and materials provided on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Not Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes or should be construed as financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or any other form of advice.

• Do Your Own Research: You should conduct your own thorough research and consult with qualified independent financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any decisions related to crypto assets or trading.

5. Risk Acknowledgement You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading and holding crypto assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. The value of crypto assets is highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly.

• Using blockchain-based technologies involves inherent risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, network interruptions, and security risks.

• You use the DexMarket Platform and engage in any related activities at your own sole risk.

6. Third-Party Services & Content The Platform may display, integrate, or provide links to third-party services, websites, or content (e.g., TradingView charts, data from external sources, links to exchanges or protocols). DexMarket does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any such third-party services or content, their accuracy, or their practices. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

7. Intellectual Property The DexMarket Platform, its original content (excluding third-party content), features, functionality, branding, and "look and feel" are and will remain the exclusive property of DexMarket and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from DexMarket.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEXMARKET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DEXMARKET, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
